The important stuff.

What to bring to camp:

  • 1 x water bottle
  • 2 x healthy snacks
  • 1 x healthy packed lunch
  • Suitable sports clothing for both indoor and outdoor activities (including a baseball cap/sun hat & shin pads)
  • All children must wear their wristbands and bring booking confirmation. These are posted out to you upon booking.

Parents/carers are requested to apply sun cream prior to camps in summer.

Doors will open 10 minutes prior to the start of camp.

412 Terms and Conditions

At 412 all children will feel secure, confident and relaxed.

Any child who does not respect the teachers and/or fellow children will be asked to leave the camp. Parents/carers will be contacted immediately to come collect.

Any form of direct or indirect bullying or bad behaviour will NOT be tolerated and children will be asked to leave. Parents/carers will be contacted immediately to come collect.

412 prides itself on equality, impartiality and fairness. The directors reserve the right NOT to teach/supervise children who do not adhere to this code of conduct.

All directors and teachers are DBS checked.

412 are only responsible for children within camp hours. Getting to and from camps is the responsibility of parents/carers.

All children MUST be dropped off, registered, collected and signed out by a responsible adult.

412 will only accept positive use of its social media pages.

Any student that sustains a non-emergency injury within the camp will receive basic first aid from a teacher if required.

Parents will be contacted if injury prevents the child from continuing the camp.

If a serious injury occurs, professional medical help will be sought immediately and parents will be notified.

An accident form for any injury that has prevented a student continuing camp will be filled out. Parents must sign this on collecting the student.

It is the responsibility of all parents to ensure the contact names and numbers we have for a student are correct.

All monies for camps are non-refundable and non-interchangeable.

It is the responsibility of parents/carers to ensure all children come to camp wearing appropriate clothing and enough food and drink.

In the unlikely event of an emergency – students will be evacuated and congregate at the nearest fire safety zone.

412 reserve the right to change the above terms and conditions.
